Workshops

“How to Engage Your Workforce” is a suite of programmes to enable your company to out-perform your competitors. Individuals will be able to:

Personal Effectiveness Workshop

1 or 2 days

This is our core programme offering and insight into personal behaviour that is fun and interactive. Participants will complete an on-line evaluator and receive an individual profile that will form the basis of the day. As a result you will transform your culture and your workforce will create an environment that is highly motivated and self driven.

Individuals will build better relationships at every level and be able to influence people more effectively.


Team Effectiveness Workshop

1 or 2 days

Good teamwork is about relationships. It’s about each team member understanding their role and contribution to the group and feeling valued for the part they play in helping the team succeed.
When relationships are respectful, valuing and positive, the sky’s the limit!

Prior to the event team members will evaluate the team against 16 critical success factors by completing a profiling evaluator:

As a result your teams will become more focused, dynamic and results driven and work more cohesively together.


360˚ Profiling

We offer a range of 360˚ tools that include Personal Effectiveness, Personal Team Effectiveness, Transformational Leadership and Sales Effectiveness.



Institute of Leadership & Management Awards

In today’s highly competitive environment, effective leadership and management plays a pivotal role in the success and profitability of organisations. Selection for Leadership and Management roles is often based on demonstrating task knowledge and performance as a team member resulting in individuals being ill-prepared for the promotion.

Furthermore, successful leaders need to be able to develop and motivate their staff in an ever changing workplace.

As an ILM Approved Provider we can offer ‘The First Line Manager Development Award’ and ‘The Team Leaders Development Award’. On completion of the programmes each successful participant will receive an ILM Approved Award Certificate as recognition of learning achievements.
