The company was established to enable Sandra to pursue a passion for dynamic and energetic training that truly enhances individuals desire to learn.

Her background includes 26 years of significant experience with companies such as HSBC Bank Plc and Merrill Lynch. A Certified NLP Practitioner, CIPD and ILM qualified specialising in Team Effectiveness, Leadership and Management training.

Sandra believes that most limitations are self-taught and that everyone has the resources within themselves to achieve any goal they set. Companies often overlook the fact that changes in behaviour don’t happen through lectures or setting objectives, people make it happen. People are the most valuable resource within your company and their development must be in line with their core values and principals for it to have an impact and be used back in the workplace.

Clay Lowe

An experienced coach who’s eclectic background has led him to work with an extraordinary group of people from military leaders, senior managers, entrepreneurs, sports professionals, and small business leaders.

Clay’s style is relaxed, but focused; challenging, but empathetic; penetrating, but supportive. His skill resides in asking the “right questions” that lead clients to a new level of awareness and insight and opens their minds to discover what is possible.

Clay is a NLP Practitioner, Master Fitness Trainer, and a lifetime student of developing human potential.

Evelyn Kay

Evelyn’s strengths lay in personal development and supporting managers to become leaders: “Managers light a fire beneath, Leaders light a fire within.”

The focus on individuals, teams and organisations was developed even further when she joined the Insights team and until May 2005 was the Associate Development Manager,
Evelyn’s thirst for knowledge has led her to explore her own motivations in life closely, and examine her purpose. To support others in their own processes, whether personal or professional, her skills now encompass the following qualifications:

• Leadership Training for Managers programme

She is a Lead Facilitator of the Pragmatic Inquiry model – a process which means that decisions, issues, problems or opportunities for individuals or teams are explored intellectually and emotionally within the context of values, to ensure that the way forwards is congruent from every angle.
