FAQ's

How are the profiles compiled?

Each individual will go on-line and complete a 25 question evaluator. This normally takes approximately 15 minutes. Perceptual Learning will then prepare the profile.

How is the Insights Discovery ® Profile different from other personality profiles?

It is the only system that asks for a least/most response in addition to grading responses. The use of colours makes the learning easy to recall and therefore implement. Most importantly the profile values people as individuals rather than putting them into boxes according to type.

What does a profile contain?

Every profile contains a Foundation Chapter which includes your personal style, how you interact with others, your blind spots and possible areas for development. Additional chapters include Management Style and Selling Styles

Where can I see a sample profile?

Please contact us for a copy of the key pages from the profile.

All our consultants are fully qualified and accredited in the use of the Insights® tools. It is also our requirement that they continue their professional development and keep up with current research and information

What are your unique methods?

We use the Insights® Discovery Profile as the basis of our work. It is highly accurate (validated by the University of Westminster) and easy to understand. So much so that it will become part of the culture supported by your staff

Can I See a copy of the evaluator?

Certainly, please contact us and we will ensure a copy is sent to you.

How can I get the best value from my profile?

The profile gives you an insight into your key strengths and possible weaknesses, your preferred management style and information on how to influence people least like you. This is a wealth of information to support a personal development programme.
