Case Studies

Please review our case studies below:

Case Study 1

Perceptual Learning worked with Wise Up Communications with a brief to significantly reduce the time in which their new staff would form and strengthen their teams in order to meet challenging targets and drive business forward.

We used our Insights® tools to profile staff and work with them to create a non-judgemental culture of harmony, understanding and creativity. Through our work with individuals we were able to enhance their effectiveness in building relationships and self-awareness. This enabled them to manage their work, time and learning in a way that reduced stress and to adapt their own approach to each other appropriate to their needs.

We were then able to further this success by working with teams to understand their dynamics and how this impacted on their ability to achieve objectives. By studying their performance against work based competencies the team could work out new strategies to exceed their goals in a shorter period of time.

“As a relatively new company in the competitive and rapidly changing world of business communications, we knew we had to quickly maximise the potential of our employees, many of whom were new, if we were to meet our aggressive sales and profits forecasts. Our investment in Sandra and Perceptual Learning has already paid huge dividends in quickly bringing our new team into a close-knit community where there are no limitations and everything is possible.”

Case Study 2

HSBC Bank Plc introduced various Insights® learning interventions into a number of Learning and Development programmes

Both personal and team effectiveness was enhanced enabling targets and objectives to be exceeded. Teams work more cohesively together and are able to recognise each others skills and contributions within the team.

Managers are able to draw on their understanding of others to improve their performance management skills and generate teams that are flexible and ready to embrace change.

Staff continue to request inclusion onto the workshops such is the impact of the learning on individuals.

“The feedback was excellent. The staff loved the experiential yet thought provoking workshops and they were able to apply their understanding immediately into the workplace creating an inspirational and resourceful environment.”
